tyagitechconsulting.com is operated by Tyagi Tech Consulting, a proprietorship of Arvind Tyagi, registered in India under GSTIN 09AJKPT3455F1ZU, with its principal place of business in Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. References to "we" and "us" mean that firm.
2. What is on this site
The content here describes our services and background. It is provided for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice for your specific situation. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship — that begins only when we both sign an engagement letter or a statement of work.
3. Track record and third-party names
Our track record describes work carried out by our proprietor during prior employment at the organisations named, before this firm was formed. Those organisations are named as former employers and for factual accuracy. Their names and marks remain theirs; nothing here implies their endorsement of this firm, nor that they are clients of it. Figures given are our good-faith account of work delivered and are not warranted outcomes for any future engagement.
4. Enquiries
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form. Tell us the shape of the problem; we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share detail. Information you send before an NDA is in place is treated with care but not under a formal confidentiality obligation.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics of this site belong to Tyagi Tech Consulting. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not republish, resell or pass off our content as your own.
For engagements, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the engagement letter. That is our default position and we do not ask clients to licence back what they paid us to build.
6. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may become out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this website alone. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website. Engagement agreements may specify a different forum, and where they do, they prevail for that engagement.
